How to export a safe diagnostics file for support
Open Settings → General, find Data & diagnostics and use Export diagnostics. The file carries versions, a configuration summary and technical events; keys, chat, paths and raw logs stay out.
Fix the problem and get back to your stream.

How to use and customize the BE RIGHT BACK screen
Turn on Drop protection in Settings → Safety nets. The BE RIGHT BACK screen kicks in when the signal disappears after the stream has started, and you can also trigger it manually.

What auto-bitrate does — and when it doesn't step in
Auto-bitrate temporarily lowers the bitrate of destinations Corneta is re-encoding when bandwidth gets tight. Copied outputs stay the same because their bitrate comes from the streaming software.

Corneta can't find OBS: WebSocket, password, port, firewall
In OBS, open Tools → WebSocket Server Settings, keep the server enabled and copy the same password into Corneta. Corneta always looks for OBS on port 4455; if you changed the port in OBS, set it back to 4455.

Troubleshooting
One platform keeps reconnecting while the others are fine
Pause only the platform that's reconnecting, test the server on its card and check the key, ingest and limits. If the others stay LIVE, don't restart the whole stream.

Straight up, Smart or All out: which mode to choose?
Use Straight up when the OBS signal already works for every platform. Smart copies OBS and re-encodes only the vertical platforms. All out re-encodes every destination and asks more of your machine.

Stream key, ingest URL and OBS key: which is which?
The ingest URL is the address of the platform's server. The stream key is your channel's password. The key shown in Hook up OBS only connects OBS to Corneta on your PC.

What Waiting, Reconnecting, Paused and Error mean in Corneta
Each status tells you where the signal stopped. Waiting looks at the input; Connecting and Reconnecting look at the platform; Paused and BE RIGHT BACK are states you control.
